Inspired by Leslie Brenner's recent Lockhart Smokehouse review in which she referred to the barbecue specialty burnt ends as "burned ends," Teresa Gubbins suggests some more "lingo" for Brenner's repertoire: "Medium unusual" instead of medium rare, "surf and xeriscaping" rather than surf and turf, and for pigs in a blanket, "pigs in a wind-proof, breathable, wicking Gore-Tex parka."
