With a third Houston restaurant already in the works, James Beard award-winning chef Bradley Ogden now has plans to open two concepts in Dallas.
According to Teresa Gubbins at CultureMap, the chef will open a branch of his fast-casual fried chicken restaurant Funky Chicken as well as a "farm-to-table gastropub" called Pour Society right here in Dallas.
Ogden opened the first Funky Chicken location in Houston late last year, and also has another spot there called Bradley's Fine Diner that just debuted last week. The aforementioned gastropub, Pour Society, is a new concept, and one that's said to be opening in Houston come July; no word yet on locations or opening dates for Ogden's Dallas ventures.
