A bar called Cedar Springs Tap House is moving into the old Monica's Nueva Cocina spot in the Ilume building. Expect a lot of TVs, 20 or so beers on tap, frozen drinks, spaghetti and meatballs, Pop Tart ice cream sandwiches and a dog-friendly patio; it's expected to open in July. [CultureMap]
