Cocktail genius Máté Hartai is leaving The Libertine. Hartai, who's known for infusing spirits with unusual ingredients like morels and pulled pork and devising elaborately themed cocktail menus, plans to devote more time to his "budding ice enterprise, The Cold Standard," as well as some "other projects."
