The highly anticipated Dallas branch of Austin Japanese sensation Uchi will open sooner than previously thought. The restaurant, which will be located on Maple Avenue a block or so from the Stoneleigh Hotel, stops short of offering a concrete date but says they're ahead of the original target of late 2014/early 2015.
