SOUTH DALLAS—The Trinity River Audubon Center will host its annual fundraiser, Scissor-tails and Cocktails, this Thursday from 6:30-9 p.m. Participating chefs include Andrew Bell, Matt Balke, Abraham Salum, Graham Dodds, Jason Weaver and Nathan Tate, and there will also be cocktails, live music, birds of prey, a campfire and a silent auction.
