A former chef de cuisine from the Dean Fearing-era Mansion on Turtle Creek is opening a restaurant on Lower Greenville. Randall Warder plans to open Clark Food and Wine Co. this fall in the old Billiard Bar space with a menu to include "brisket meatballs, chicken liver mousse, smoked catfish dip, flatbreads, cheese boards, vegetable boards, charcuterie plates, artisan sandwiches and cool salads."
