Hungry NorthPark Center shoppers will soon have another new dining option: Pho Kitchen will hit the food court sometime this summer, brought to you by veteran chef Tuyet Davis.
Per her bio, Davis has been cooking in Dallas for nearly three decades, and her resume includes Deep Ellum's East Wind and its eventual replacement, Lemongrass.
According to Pho Kitchen's website, the menu will include Vietnamese staples chicken or beef pho and several varieties of banh mi, plus imperial rolls, spring rolls, vermicelli bowls with choice of protein, and a few other entree options like chicken curry with coconut milk and fresh spinach pasta. Hot or iced Vietnamese coffee could make the trek to the downstairs Starbucks a thing of the past for some. Menu prices range from $3.95 to $9.95.
In other food court news, 1,600 location-strong chain Chipotle opened at NorthPark just last week.
