Lower Greenville Getting B.B.Bop, Yucatan Taco Stand, Unnamed 'Fine Dining' Restaurant

The Lower Greenville boom rages on: Three more restaurant spaces are under construction next to Trader Joe's, reports Lakewood Advocate.

Advocate spoke with Madison Partners, the development group that owns the land, and says two of the restaurants will be B.B.Bop Seoul Kitchen, the Korean-ish fast-casual spot that already has a location at Lovers and Greenville, and a second location of Fort Worth's Yucatan Taco Stand. The third restaurant is unsigned as of yet, but Advocate quotes a rep for the group as saying it'll "likely be a chef-driven, fine-dining, sit-down restaurant concept."

They're aiming to avoid the cookie-cutter strip mall feel by designing the buildings "to look like three separate buildings, although technically it will be one 6800-square-foot structure." It's estimated that the restaurants will open "early next year."
