Drink From The Fountain of George Clooney at Barter

Actor/former "Sexiest Man Alive" George Clooney is now pouring drinks at Barter on McKinney Avenue... kind of. Resident cocktail genius Rocco Milano has a new draft cocktail that utilizes Casamigos, the luxury tequila brand co-founded by Clooney, and said drink is dispensed from a tap handle that's adorned with a George Clooney bobblehead.

The drink, aptly named The Cloontang, is made with Casamigos Blanco tequila, fresh lime and pineapple juices, blackberry and elderflower tea syrups and then topped off with club soda. Milano has also added several other new drinks, including some very summery beer cocktails; the Uptown Legend utilizes Maker's Mark, Revolver Blood & Honey and blackberries, while the Hot & Bothered is made with tequila, jalapeno, strawberries, dark agave and hard apple cider. There's also been some additions to the food side of the menu, including unusual-sounding green beans with uni butter.
