Downtown's Taco Borracho now has a second location: The quick-service spot that originated on the ground floor of the residential Mosaic building on Akard opened an additional outpost in Addison Circle last week. Early morning and late night hours will no doubt make it both a convenient breakfast option and a post-drinking pit stop for folks who live and/or work in the neighborhood; Taco Borracho's menu includes a selection of taco options like baja-style fish, pulled pork, brisket and steak fajita on flour or corn tortillas, plus breakfast tacos, quesadillas, rice bowls and taco salads. The Addison outpost also has a bar offering draft beer, frozen margaritas and the inexplicably popular Fireball shots (the restaurant's name does mean "drunk taco," after all).

There are also said to be plans for a third location on McKinney Avenue in Uptown. In related news, downtown's Union Park is also slated to open an Addison Circle location this summer. Taco Borracho Addison's hours are Monday-Thursday 6 a.m.-midnight, Friday 6 a.m.-3 a.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-3 a.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
