The ever-changing landscape at Trinity Groves restaurant Kitchen LTO will evolve again tonight: Brooke Egger, who hails from Santa Barbara, California, will be the third chef to take the helm in LTO's kitchen (following previous chefs Eric Shelton and Norman Grimm). Egger's cooking style is definitely quite different from what LTO patrons have experienced in the previous two rounds. Unusual-sounding menu items include a chilled lobster salad with white chocolate vinaigrette, "marrow baklava" and a bourbon-pecan creme brulee garnished with a chicharron.

Don't expect that dramatic of a change to the restaurant's interior, though; while LTO originally intended to have a fresh new look each rotation, it appears executing that proved difficult and they're now just changing up the art that hangs in the restaurant. Curating the art this go around is Patrick Antognelli of Bianca Antognelli Art Gallery.
