There's a beef jerky store opening in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The Beef Jerky Outlet will carry "200 varieties and sizes of beef jerky," plus "alligator, kangaroo and turkey jerky." The Stockyard cows are safe, though; all the jerky is made in Tennessee and Michigan. [Eats Blog]
