A Philly cheesesteak chain is coming this way. Fast-casual Penn Station East Coast Subs, which specializes in " grilled East Coast-style submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and lemonade" (but is actually based in Cincinnati?!), plans to open 15 DFW locations. The first branch will open in Flower Mound next month; Plano and Southlake locations will soon follow. [DBJ]
