Malai's Golden Triangle Beer; Camp Brisket 2015

WEST VILLAGE—Malai has a new seasonal house-brewed beer called The Golden Triangle, "a hybrid beer made with Belgium pilsner malt, saison yeast, and Japanese Sorachi Ace hops." It's described as "a medium-bodied, golden brew with a floral and lemongrass aroma and a refreshing finish with a trace of hop bite" and it clocks in at a hefty 8.5% ABV. [EaterWire]
