Taco and Tequila-Focused Blue Mesa Spinoff Headed to the Quadrangle

Local Southwest chain Blue Mesa will launch a spinoff aimed at the youngs in the Quadrangle this fall. According to CultureMap, TNT Tacos and Tequila is designed to be the "hipper baby brother" of Blue Mesa, because everyone's hip baby brother is obsessed with tacos and tequila. Other touches designed to appeal to a younger crowd include a "modular" approach to the menu and a larger emphasis on the bar. The first TNT launched in Austin in 2010.
