Upcoming Stephan Pyles' Space Will Benefit Local Arts

Feel good alert: The fancy new digs that Stephan Pyles is relocating to in the upcoming Hall Arts Center is being donated to Communities Foundation of Texas (CFT), Rochell Van Deurzen reports, along with another restaurant space in the building. What does this mean? It basically means that Stephan Pyles will be contributing to local arts organizations simply by running his restaurant out of the space. And diners will be contributing by helping Stephan Pyles pay the bills.

Super philanthropist Craig Hall has released a statement stating, "I believe businesses should do well and do good, too. As more and more people come to the restaurants at Hall Arts, hopefully local nonprofits will benefit and everyone wins." Construction should be finished up by April 2015.

Meanwhile, Stephan Pyles' famous cowboy ribeye has just been ranked one of CultureMap's 10 quintessential Dallas dishes: "The cowboy ribeye is as popular as ever, and when Stephan Pyles moves his namesake restaurant down the road, Stampede 66 will inherit it and other Star Canyon favorites."
