Remember the recent news about a new trio of restaurants under construction next to Trader Joe's on Lower Greenville? The third tenant joining B.B.Bop Seoul Kitchen and Yucatan Taco Stand will be a new "modern Southern" project from the Boulevardier team called Rapscallion, reports Teresa Gubbins.
The "neighborhood-friendly" restaurant will showcase a menu by chef Nathan Tate, the wine-curating talents of brothers Brooks and Bradley Anderson (who are of course also behind Henderson Avenue's Veritas), and the cocktail crafting skills of Eddie Eakin. No details on the food just yet, but the kitchen will feature a grill and a rotisserie, both fired by wood, while the drink menu will be heavy on "whisky, tequila and mezcal."
Other upcoming Lower Greenville tenants include Village Baking Co., an Indian restaurant, Clark Food & Wine Co., Muscle Maker Grill, and a new project from the owner of HG Sply Co. called Remedy.
