The invasion of several different fast-casual Neapolitan pizza chains has begun with the arrival of Firecrust, now open at Knox and 75. There's probably no need for Jay Jerrier to lose any sleep over it, though; according to Teresa Gubbins, the crust "comes up a bit short ... the flavor was wan, without the personality or flavor of Cane Rosso's crust."
