Lark on the Park has a new pastry chef: Ann Parravano, formerly of Stephan Pyles and Stampede 66. Her signature dessert is an avocado white chocolate bavarian, "served on a bed of toasted pecan genoise cake crumbs, with a smear of Kahlua reduction and topped with tequila-lime infused strawberries" and "a scoop of coffee ice cream that is topped with an ancho-cinnamon pecan tuile."
