Lower Greenville stalwart, charcuterie haven and perennial "Best Burger" winner The Grape has appointed a new chef de cuisine: Sarah Snow. Per a press release, Snow most recently led the kitchen at Uptown beer mecca The Common Table and "honed her skills under the leadership of Chef Andre Natera at Toko V, Village Kitchen, Marquee Grill and The Pyramid Restaurant at The Fairmont Hotel."
Snow replaces Jed Demler, who of course replaced Top Chef alum Danyele McPherson (though McPherson will soon return to Lower Greenville with the impending opening of Remedy). Leading the show as always are chef/owner Brian Luscher and his wife, sommelier/owner Courtney Luscher.
