Chicago Icon Gino's East Bringing Its Deep Dish to DFW

Chicago pizza institution Gino's East is coming this way. Per a hiring notice, the deep-dish icon is looking to hire general managers in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and the Woodlands. Gino's has partnered with Bikinis (aka the one true Breastaurant™) parent company ATX Brands for its Texas expansion. According to a spokesperson for Gino's East, the Texas locations will be serving Chicago craft beers and will also be incorporating Texas barbecue into some new signature pizza creations. No word yet on where the Dallas location(s) might be. POST UPDATE: Gino's DFW-area location will be in Arlington rather than Dallas; still, for deep-dish obsessives it might just be worth the drive.
