Two local breweries have come together to create one super beer: Fort Worth's Rahr & Sons joined forces with Garland's Lakewood Brewing Co. to concoct "a Belgian-inspired Dubbel Ale called DFW: A Collaboration of Two Breweries." Perhaps not the most creative of monikers, but hey, it'll probably taste good. It'll be available in retail bottles and on draft starting October 27, and will also be featured during the upcoming North Texas Beer Week (October 31-November 9). [EaterWire]
