Swiss Pastry's Goat Burger; Tex-Mex History Exhibit

DEEP ELLUM—The Latino Cultural Center is featuring a Tex-Mex history exhibit now through August 30 showcasing "the contributions of the Martínez family, owners of the El Fenix restaurants; the Luna family, proprietors of the first tortillería in Dallas; and the Cuellar family, owners of the El Chico restaurants," plus Mariano Martinez's margarita machine invention (of course).
