Central Track checks out Full City Rooster coffee roasting studio in The Cedars. While the focus of the space is the roastery, it also functions as a cafe from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday with a small menu that includes "espresso (in the form of shots, lattes or cappuccinos), pour-overs and a cold brew concentrate -- all of which are worth trying."
