East Hampton Sandwich Co. Prepares to Invade Fort Worth

Because Cowtown could always use more lobster rolls.

27-year-old Hunter Pond's budding sandwich empire will swell to three restaurants next Tuesday, September 16 when the third location of East Hampton Sandwich Co. opens its doors in Fort Worth's West Bend development. Expect the same lineup of sandwiches served at the Snider Plaza original and the second Shops at Legacy outpost, including a lobster roll, the customer favorite turkey, bacon and avocado, and the fried chicken and jack with avocado and jalapeno cream sauce.

Pond told Eater recently that he and his partners plan to grow to 10 locations within the next two years; they intend to stay within Texas, and are potentially eyeing Austin, Houston and San Antonio for future expansion.

The brand will celebrate its two year anniversary this Friday and Saturday with $1 sangria, Bloody Marys and mimosas and $2 mini lobster rolls at both the Snider Plaza and Shops at Legacy locations.
