The massive construction zone that is currently Oak Cliff development Sylvan Thirty has (sort of) revealed more tenants to come: Window signs at the mixed-use project reveal plans for a taqueria, a coffee shop, and a crepes place (creperie?) — plus a Crossfit studio, if you're into that. Representatives for Sylvan Thirty are staying tight-lipped on specific tenant info for now.
Upscale grocer Cox Farms Market is currently the only retail tenant open at Sylvan Thirty, though folks began moving into the residential lofts in August. Teiichi Sakurai's ramen restaurant Ten has been delayed until January 2015; an Italian market/cafe from chef Daniele Puleo has been estimated for this December. Sylvan Thirty will host grand opening festivities this Saturday with a half-marathon, a beer garden, live music, "bike valet" and more.
