Blythe Beck's Menu for Kitchen LTO is Heavy on the Southern Comfort

Former Central 214 chef and reality TV star Blythe Beck is preparing to take the reins at Trinity Groves' Kitchen LTO with her "upscale Southern" menu. LTO's current incarnation under California export Brooke Egger comes to an end today; the rotating pop-up restaurant will be closed tomorrow for a brief reset, to reopen Thursday under "The Naughty Chef"'s reign. Lunch service will begin on Friday, with weekend brunch to immediately follow. Beck will cook at LTO for just four months, at which point the intentional revolving door at LTO will usher in a new chef. (Per a press release, she's also slated to appear on an upcoming episode of Food Network's Beat Bobby Flay.)
