EAST DALLAS: As Colorado's Funkwerks Brewery debuts in North Texas, Flying Saucer on The Lake is rolling out a welcome party/brewery night on February 4 at 6 p.m. with special releases, including Funkwerks' Saisan, Tropic King and Deceit, and special guests Brad Lincoln, co-founder of Funkwerks, and Gordon Schuck, Funkwerks' co-founder and head brewer.
