Classics Week Starts Right Now

Time to get nostalgic.

Welcome to the first annual Eater Classics Week, kicking off right this very minute. Starting now and going through oh, about 5 p.m. on Friday, we'll take some time to look fondly on classic and old-school Dallas restaurants — from ancient barbecue places to the fanciest of French food — as well as iconic dishes that help to define the city's dining scene.
