Two alums of Wolfgang Puck's Five Sixty are partnering on a new restaurant in the suburb of Flower Mound called The Table.

Co-owner and chef Ray Skradzinski formerly served as executive sous chef at the restaurant atop Reunion Tower, while Bruce Wills formerly held the post of general manager. There's also a third partner involved, Ty Welborn.

The Table opens October 20 for lunch and dinner with just about everything made in-house, from pastas and flatbreads to cheeses and cured meats; Skradzinski honors his Polish and German heritage with dishes like pierogies and schnitzel, but the rest of the menu leans modern American with items such as duck pot pie and sweet potato gnocchi with Brussels sprouts. There's also craft cocktails and local beers on tap, as is de rigueur with any new restaurant these days.

The restaurant's interior was designed by Hatsumi Kuzuu, whose talents are on display at T33, Ten Ramen, and numerous other restaurants in DFW.
