After more than four years of penning restaurant reviews and burger-related musings at the Dallas Observer, restaurant critic Scott Reitz is bidding the alt-weekly adieu: He's headed for Los Angeles.
Following Reitz's departure, the role at the paper will transition to less of a critic and more of a section editor, as evidenced by the job posting. He's hitting the road in early December, so stay tuned to see who will step up to lead the publication's food coverage. Bon voyage, Reitz.
