One is slated to hit Fort Worth soon, too.

Dallas pizza staple Olivella's is expanding — again. Per a press release, Olivella’s Las Colinas will be located in the upcoming Gables Water Street development, which is located on the waterfront of Lake Carolyn. A previous report by the Dallas Morning News says the mixed-use project will also include locations of The Londoner and Twisted Root Burger.

Olivella's Las Colinas isn't scheduled to open until the first half of 2017. In the meantime, Green and team are working on a Fort Worth location, which is slated to debut in early 2016 at 6333 Camp Bowie Blvd. Olivella's also recently launched a food truck, which mostly caters to SMU athletic events and serves a hard-to-find specialty: fried pizza, which is actually a Neapolitan specialty rather than something you'd find at the State Fair.

The first Olivella's opened in 2007 near SMU; the pizza family now includes locations in Victory Park and Lakewood. The menu offers two different types of pizza: round Neapolitan-style pies and long, rectangular and thin-crusted "pizza Romana." (Whatever you do, don't eat there without ordering the Nutella mousse.)
