Alamo Drafthouse's Star Wars Menu Is Out Of This World

As the anticipation for the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ release on Thursday grows, so do the local offerings for Star Wars-themed menu items. In preparation for the legions of Stormtroopers and Wookies that will invade their theatre in the coming days, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema has prepared a menu that will delight nerds and hungry folks dragged along to see the film alike.

Each location of Alamo Drafthouse is offering a different menu, and the specials prepared for the offbeat movie house’s Richardson location are decidedly unique. As they learn the fate of their favorite fantasy universe, fans can nosh on Wookiee Cookies, “Chew-baklava” served with a (you guessed it) Solo cup of milk. If you’ve been standing in line for hours and need something somewhat more substantial (and equally nerdy), spring for the X-Wings and Thai Fighters,  a “squadron” of buffalo and Thai sauced wings.

Of course, Alamo Drafthouse has also prepared a menu of specialty cocktails with perfectly themed names, like the Gold Membrosia. Peep the full Alamo Drafthouse menu below – it might just convince you to drive to Richardson for at least one screening of Star Wars.
