Step Inside Wayward Sons, Graham Dodds' New Home On Lower Greenville

New, 1 comment

The former Hibiscus chef has built a charming and rustic new home.

If you haven't had a chance to make it to Wayward Sons, the spanking-new restaurant concept from Graham Dodds, that's because pretty much no one has. Wayward Sons will open its doors at 5 p.m. today, and you'd better get that reservation in sooner rather than later — they will no doubt go quickly.

Get ready to dig into "garden charcuterie," beef bolognese lasagna, and cauliflower "risotto," all made with the hyper-local ingredients that Dodds is known for obsessively sourcing, in this cozy and welcoming dining room. Come spring, that patio will be an excellent place to sip cocktails, like the veggie-packed Wayward Son, made with gin, yellow chartreuse, radish, cucumber, and lime.

In the meantime, feast your eyes upon these lush, naturally-inspired interiors, and get ready to drink many, many cocktails on that gorgeous garden patio.
