Eater is pleased to announce that Amy McCarthy is the new editor here at Eater Dallas, effective immediately. Prior to joining Eater in this role, Amy was the assistant food editor at Paste Magazine, and a stalwart Eater Dallas contributor. She brings with her a strong interest in cocktails and spirits, French and Mexican cuisines, big personalities, and experience interviewing roughly one hundred Dallas-area chefs.
