Seattle's Top Pot Doughnuts Will Land on Lower Greenville This Spring

Brace for old-fashioned doughnuts and Ovaltine lattes.

Top Pot

Seattle-based doughnut favorite Top Pot first arrived in Dallas last fall, and now it's poised to open a second location this spring: An Eater tipster sent over this photo of a "Coming Soon" sign in the window at 2937 Greenville Avenuedirectly across the street from Stan's Blue Note and Cafe Brazil (the site was formerly occupied by a Goody Goody liquor store).

Top Pot opened its very first location outside of Washington state at Northwest Highway and Hillcrest Avenue in University Park last September. They specialize in classic old-fashioned doughnuts — including a trendy salted caramel variety — as well as maple bars, apple fritters, and seasonal cake doughnut flavors like pumpkin and chai; they also roast their own coffee beans at a downtown Seattle roastery and even offer a rather unusual Ovaltine latte.
