PRESTON HOLLOW—Every Wednesday night at Oso Food & Wine is now Kebab Night. Chef Kelly Hightower will feature "special kebabs from cultures around the world" made from chicken, lamb, or beef; they'll be priced at $16 to $18 and will come with traditional mezze.
