The Grape chef-owner Brian Luscher will officially debut his new concept Luscher's Red Hots on Monday, and here's a peek at the full menu.

There are eight different sausage options, from a "Chicago Depression Dog" (it's got fries on top) to a breakfast sausage with egg and American cheese; sandwiches include Wagyu Italian beef, a lamb and beef gyro, a double burger, and barbecue chicken. Do take note of the weekly specials, which will include fries cooked in beef fat and the crazy-sounding "Francheezies."
