Wine dinners, beer dinners, and even spirits dinners are plentiful in DFW, but here's a new one: a five-course coffee dinner, coming this way courtesy of East Dallas caffeination destination Method.

The essential Dallas coffee shop will host its inaugural five-course dinner in conjunction with Spirited Cooking this Friday, March 27 for $70 per person. The menu remains a secret for now, but owner Louie Corwin tells CultureMap, "Every course is going to have a coffee element to it, whether we use coffee in the food realm or coffee pairings or start off with coffee cocktails." He also hints at a dish that includes espresso-rubbed tenderloin with a coffee barbecue sauce.

There are only sixteen seats available for the event, so best snap one up quick if five courses of coffee sounds like a dream come true — and don't expect to get much sleep that night.
