ARTS DISTRICT—NYC chef and TV personality Marcus Samuelsson is coming to the Dallas Museum of Art this Friday as part of the Arts & Letters Live series. He will discuss his memoir Yes, Chef as well as his new cookbook Marcus Off Duty. The talk begins at 7:30 at SMU's Horchow Auditorium and tickets are $35 ($30 for DMA partners and $15 for students). Those who shell out the cash for the pricier VIP tickets can also attend a 6 p.m. dinner with Samuelsson and snag a hardcover copy of his new book. [EaterWire]
