It's the glorious moment all the city's ramen lovers have been waiting for: Long-awaited (and that's an understatement) Ten Ramen soft-opens tonight at 6 p.m. at the up-and-coming Sylvan Thirty development. The pint-sized ramen spot from Tei-An chef-owner Teiichi Sakurai suffered a major delay after the under-construction building burned down back in March of last year.
No menu has surfaced just yet, but per previous reports, expect bowls of ramen to hover around the $10 mark. Also: The place is insanely tiny at just 750 square feet including the kitchen, so be prepared to eat and get the hell out — other noodle fiends will no doubt be waiting for your spot. Ten will be open until 10 p.m tonight.
