Attention ramen fiends: Lucia co-sous chef and noodle maker extraordinaire Justin Holt will be hosting two upcoming ramen pop-ups at area bars this month.
The first will be held at Time Out Tavern (on Lovers Lane near the Dallas North Tollway) on Saturday, March 14 from midnight until 2 a.m. (or sold out) and will feature Holt's signature ramen with chicken and pork shoyu broth, egg, scallions, schmaltz, and pork chashu for $10.
Then on Saturday, March 28 Holt will pop up at the Dubliner on Lower Greenville serving duck ramen, with duck confit, bamboo shoots, and scallions in a shoyu broth, also priced at $10 per bowl. Again, he'll begin serving at midnight and go till 2 a.m. or sold out.
Holt has garnered quite a following of late-night ramen lovers since he launched these pop-ups a few years ago, so do show up early to ensure you snag a bowl — and don't forget to bring cash money.
