Trinity Groves welcomes another new addition tomorrow with the arrival of Sugar Skull Cafe, the new fast-casual "homage to Mexico City street food" from Casa Rubia owner Jonn Baudoin. It'll open bright and early Saturday at 8 a.m. for breakfast tacos, house-baked pan dulce, and locally roasted coffee from Ascension in the Design District.

Sugar Skull will also be open for breakfast service on Sunday, then starting Monday it'll serve both breakfast and lunch (7 a.m. to 4 p.m.) daily, with dinner hours to be added later. Scope out the full menu this way.
