Another Sylvan Thirty tenant will make its long-awaited debut on Monday: Chef Daniele Puleo's CiboDivino, a multifaceted concept for Italophiles that includes prepared foods, made-to-order Neapolitan pizza, a wine bar, craft beer on tap, and an espresso bar.
Chef and managing partner Ryan Olmos is no stranger to the prepared foods biz, previously serving as executive chef for Eatzi's. Per a press release, the marketplace will include "panini sandwiches, handmade pastas, assorted salads, appetizers, entrees and desserts, charcuterie and cheese trays as well as private label legumes, olive oils, vinegars, olives, sauces, sea salts, fresh cut flowers and retail gifts." That — along with the plentiful wine selection — should make CiboDivino an ideal spot for the after-work crowd to swing by and grab dinner to-go. Dining in is an option, too, with seating mostly relegated to the patio and lawn area. (Pizza delivery will be offered soon as well.)
CiboDivino will be open 7 a.m to 10 p.m. daily. It joins existing tenants Cox Farms Market and Ten Ramen, with TacoDeli, Whisk Crepes Cafe, and more slated to open at the Oak Cliff mixed-use development in the coming months.
