Lobster and Wine Pairing; Musical Cocktails

Plus, Le Taco's happy hour.

Cousins Maine Lobster/Facebook

ADDISON—The new Cousins Maine Lobster food truck (lobster ice cream! lobster tots!) will make an appearance at a wine tasting at Sigel's (15003 Inwood Road) tomorrow from 5 to 7 p.m. All the wines will be specifically selected to pair with lobster, naturally. (You can also catch the truck Saturday at the Rockwall Founders Day Festival from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Sunday at 4 p.m. at the Frisco Roughriders game at Dr Pepper Ballpark). [EaterWire]

DEEP ELLUM—Like cocktails and local music? (Seriously, who doesn't.) Get thee to record store/bar Off The Record for a new batch of drinks named for Dallas musicians, such as the Jaffe (Ketel One, St. Germain, creme de violette, and lemon juice). [Central Track]

OAK LAWN—In case you haven't heard, Scotch & Sausage is now Le Taco Cantina. Scope it out during happy hour — that's 3 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday — for $2 street tacos, $3 wells and Mexican draft beers, and $4 margaritas and house wine. [S&S/Facebook]
