OAK CLIFF—Pork-heavy Ten Ramen at Sylvan Thirty is offering a vegetarian-friendly special this week: a roasted cabbage broth with grilled eggplant. (The ramen noodles are made with eggs, but vegans can get the broth with rice for a totally animal-free option.) [Ten/Facebook]

LOWEST GREENVILLE—Truck Yard is getting into the brunch biz. Just in time for Mother's Day, the outdoor hangout will begin hosting Sunday brunch festivities this weekend starting at 10 a.m. Expect three brunch trucks, Hypnotic Donuts, and "an exclusive Brunch Punch that comes in a big ass bowl with plenty to share." Sunday brunch service will continue through October. [Truck Yard/Facebook]

BEER WIRE—Every hipster knows beards and craft beer are a match made in heaven, and thus, beer-inspired beard oil is born. Made by Beard Supply and inspired by Lakewood Brewing Co.'s Hopochondria IPA, it contains hop essential oil (though LBC promises "You won't smell like you've been drinking"). Get a bottle locally at Craft and Growler or at this Saturday's Untapped festival in Fort Worth. [LBC/Facebook]
