LOWEST GREENVILLE—Dallas Beer Kitchen has a new chef and a new menu with an emphasis on making everything from scratch, right down to the pickles. New dishes by chef Lauren Gillitt include smoked pork belly with succotash, roast chicken with creamed spinach, and a trio of beer ice creams that includes a chai flavor made with Texas Ale Project's Fire Ant Funeral.
