Tonight marks the debut of Kitchen LTO 5.0, the fifth chef rotation to hit Trinity Groves' ever-evolving "permanent pop-up." Anastacia Quinones, formerly of Komali and the short-lived Alma, is stepping up for a six-month gig running the LTO kitchen; meanwhile, chef Blythe Beck is moving on to open her own Oak Cliff restaurant in partnership with LTO founder Casie Caldwell.

Quinones' dinner menu will be offered tonight starting at 5 p.m.; lunch service starts Wednesday, and Saturday/Sunday brunch service will follow weekend. Her "modern Mexican" menu offers some unique touches not seen in your average Mexican restaurant — think duck fat refried beans, truffled avocado puree, and lump crab enchiladas. Meanwhile, the revamped cocktail menu includes blueberry-mint and pineapple-habanero margaritas.
