Six Courses at Small Brewpub; Bacon & Beer Pairing

OAK CLIFF—Small Brewpub chef Misti Norris is teaming up with the Blind Butcher's Oliver Sitrin and Cody Sharp of The Standard Pour for what's sure to be one hell of a dinner. The six-course meal will showcase two English large black pigs from South Texas Heritage Pork; Small's Benj Pocta and Aaron Garcia are on beverage pairing duty. TRINITY GROVES—LUCK is following up their recent string of doughnut and beer pairings with something new: a brunchtime bacon and beer pairing. Four pairings will include maple chipotle bacon with Rabbit Hole Brewing's Rapture Fusion Brown Ale and pastrami bacon with Revolver's Bock.
